This seems like a good idea seems so good why didn't we use it to its fullest? and what do we do if something like this happens again shouldnt we be ready?
This seems like an efficient method of oil removal and cleanup, but how much would a boat like this coast? And how many boats of this sort would we need to clean an average spill, how much oil can each of those tanks on board hold??
